Spinach Pakoda

Ingredients
Besan ---------------1 cup
Spinach leaves – Hand full
Salt -------------------enough
Red chilli powder ----1/2 tsp
Cumin powder --------1/2 tsp
Asafetida (Hing)-------Pinch

Procedure:

1.Wash and dry spinach / palak leaves.
2.In a bowl mix besan, red chilli powder, salt, hing and cumin powder with litte water and prepare thick pakoda batter.
3.Heat oil in medium flame.
4.Dip each spinach leaf in besan batter, take out and insert into hot oil very carefully.
5.Fry them into golden brown color ,both sides.Take out and place them gently on a plate.

Crispy Spinach Pakodas are ready.
