Mysore Bonda

Rice flour -----------1/2 cup Green chillis ------4 Ginger -------------1/2 inch Curd ---------1 cup Cumin seeds--1/4 tsp Salt ---------enough Asafetida (Hing)----- pinch Baking soda ------- ¼ tsp Curry leaves --------5 to 10 |
Procedure:
1.Mix all purpose flour and rice flour, salt, hing, bakin soda with curd and let it soak for 2 to 3 hours.
2 Cumin seeds,Chop ginger,green chillis and curry leaves finely and add to the batter.
3 Heat oil in medium flame.
4.Take the batter in small balls and insert in hot oil carefully.
5 Fry the bondas to golden brown color from all sides.
Take out and place on a plate.
Hot hot Mysore bondas are ready to eat. Enjoy with peanut/coconut chutney.

Hint: Mysore bondas are good when they are hot. Once they cool down, might become softer.
