Samosa

Ingredients:

All purpose flour---1 cup
Atta ------2 Tsp
Soji ------3 Tsp
Salt-----enough
Oil ------ for frying 

Ingredients for curry: 

Potatoes-----3
Green peas----3 Tsp
Onion----1
Ginger-----1/2 inch
Green chillis----3
Turmeric powder--1/4 tsp
Curry leaves----1 string
Coriander leaves---1 string
Garam Masala--- 1/4 tsp

ed chilli powder----1/4 tsp
Coriander powder--1/4 tsp
Cumin powder----1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds---1/4 tsp
Asafoetida ------ Pinch

Potato curry Procedure: 

1.Boil potatoes and green peas in a pressure cooker.

2.Cut the boiled potatoes into pieces.

3.Chop onions, green chillis, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves into small pieces.

4.Heat 2 Tsp of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida.

5.When mustard seeds splatters, add chopped onions, ginger, green chilli pieces. And fry till onions turn into golden brown color.

6.Add boiled potatoes, peas and mix well.

7.Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well.

8.Add curry leaves and coriander leaves. 

Potato curry is ready for samosa.

Samosa Procedure:
.In a bow, mix all purpose flour, soji, atta, salt and 2 Tsp of oil. Mix will water to puri batter consistency.

2.Make small balls with the batter. Press each ball to circular puri and keep aside.

3.Cut each puri in the middle into two half-circle pieces.

4.Keep potato curry at the center of half circle.

5.Fold one end of half circle on the potato curry.

6.Fold the potato curry with the other edges of puri.

7.Now cone shape samosa is ready.

8.Deep fry in hot oil , gently and carefully to golden brown color.

Hot hot samosa is ready.  Eat with coriander chutney / tomato sauce,/ ketchup  and Enjoy.

Youre Aalu Bonda and Samosa are wonderful.The pictures you provided are makes it easy to learn and prepare the items easily in a correct way.Really a fantastic effort and very helpful to us who really do not have elders say how to do all these items.Thanks again .Be adding new items.God bless you .
