Rice Flake Mixture

Ingredients: Rice flakes ----- 3 cups |
Preparation Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan in medium flame.
2. Take meshed spatula and immerse in hot oil carefully with the handle out of oil and away from oil. To drain the rice flakes.
3. Place little rice flakes in to the mesh in the hot oil. Rice flakes becomes crispy and little bigger in size.
4. Take out of oil and keep aside in a dry vessel.
5. Fry daliya in the hot oil and mix into fried rice flakes.
6. Fry peanuts in the hot oil and mix into fried rice flakes.
7. Fry mashed garlic and curry leaves in hot oil and mix into fried rice flakes mixture.
8. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and little asafoetida to the mixture and mix well.
Rice flakes mixture is ready. Very tasty and very easy to make.
