Chuduva / Masala Atukulu / Spicy Rice Flakes

Ingredients: Rice flakes --- ½ kg Procedure: 1.In a big pan, take rice flakes and fry for a while and keep aside.( No need for oil for frying) 2.Fry peanuts and keep aside. 3.Take little oil in a pan and heat it. Add urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds. When mustard seeds splatters turn off the stove, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves, cashew nuts, peanuts, coconut pieces, daliya. 4.Add fried rice flakes to the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 5.Add 2 tsp of sugar and mix well. Very tasty chuduva / spicy rice flakes are ready.
