Sabudana- Curd pakoda (Perugu Saggubiyyam pakoda)

Ingredients:
Sabudana -- 1 cup |
Procedure:
1.Mix curd and Sabudana and soak with water until saburana is totally immersed in water. Soak it for 2 to 3 hours.
2.Grind soaked sabudana along with ginger and green chillis. Grind it little coarse and not totally soft.
3.Mix rice flour in to grounded batter to make it tight.
4.Mix cumin seeds, asafoetida, salt into the batter.
5.Take little quantity and make pakodas.
6.Deep fry in hot oil, on medium flame until pakoda turn into golden brown color on all sides. Fry carefully.
Tasty Saburadana – Curd pakoda are ready.
