Butter Biscuits

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour ------------------1 cup
Cinnamon Powder----------------- 1/2 tsp
Butter---------------------------------1/2 cup
Baking powder----------------------1/2 tsp
Baking soda-------------------------1/2 tsp
Egg White----------------------------1 egg
Vanilla Essence---------------------3 drops 

Procedure:

1. Mix All purpose flour, Baking soda, Baking powder  and salt.
2. Take only egg white (If you dont like egg, you can avoid it)
3. Mix cinnamon powder and butter into egg white and with a egg-beater mix well untill it gets out foam.
4. Now, mix All purpose flour mix into the egg mix, little by little, until it gets into
puri/chapathi dough consistency.
5. Cover it well.
6. DO NOT MIX WATER AT ALL.
7. Leave the dough for 6  to 7 hours.
8. Now, make little thicker chapathis from the dough
9. Cut the chapathi into your desired shapes like circles, squares,diamond shapes.
10. Bake those biscuits in oven, until they turn to golden brown colorDelicious Dates Biscuits are ready. 

 Delicious Butter Biscuits are ready.

Note: NO WATER should be added in Biscuit dough. If needed add little MILK.

Hint:Seeded Raisins are good for digestion. And it helps in lower abdomen pains.

your butter biscuits look smooth, crumbly and perfect, reminds me of the "ghee biscuits" called " venna biscuits" in tamil.... love it!!!
