Baasundi

Ingredients: Whole milk ----- 1 ltr |
Procedure:
1.Fry cashew nuts, chironji and almonds in Ghee, until they turn into golden color
2.Take a think bottom pan (Heavy guage pan) and boil milk, stirring occasionally.
3.Milk slowly turns to reddish color and become thicker and thicker. Then add sugar to it and keep boiling.
4.Once sugar is added, milk will become little watery. Keep stirring until again the milk become thicker. Once the milk is thicker, turn off the stove and remove from the flame and add cardamom powder and saffron.
5.Add ghee fried cases, chironji and almonds too.
Healthy and delicious Basundi is ready…….
Hint: Hindus do wear BINDI on their face. If the skin at bindhi location get spotted or marked, apply little saffron over it and you see your skin gets its original color.
