Banana Puri

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour ----------------1 cup
Banana  mashed    ------------------1 cup
Ghee -------------------------------1 cup
Sugar squares (Mishri) ---------1 cup
Butter ------------------------------2 Tsp
Cardamom------------------------5
Almonds --------------------------10
Casewnuts ------------------------5
Raisins -----------------------------5

Procedure:

1.Take 4 bananas and mash into smooth paste.
2.Make fresh powder with cardamoms
3.Soak Almonds for half an hour, take out the peal and cut into small pices.
4.Mash sugar squares into fine powder.
5.Fry raisins, caswenuts in ghee.
6.Fry all purpose flour in with little ghee, until it changes color to golden wheat .
7.Mix all purpose flour, mashed banana,raisins,casew nuts,almonds, cardamom powder and butter, with little water and make puri dough.
8.Prepare puris with the dough and fry well in hot ghee.
9.Now, sprinkle sugar square powder (Mishri powder) on the hot puris.
10.When mishri powder is sprinkled on hot puris, it will stick to the puris and gives the sweetness.

Hint:These puris are good for health as it has banana, dry fruits and ghee. Those are good
For kidneys and cooling the body.
