Cashew Nut Paakam

Ingredients: Cashew nuts -------1 cup |
Procedure:
1.Apply some ghee to a plate and keep aside.
2.Cut jaggery into small pieces.
3.In a pan take Jaggery pieces and take water until jaggery is totally immersed in water and make a thick jaggery syrup.
(2 or 3 string consistency).
4.Add 5 Tsp of ghee and cashew nuts to jaggery syrup.
5.Place the jaggery and syrup mix in ghee applied plate and level it. Cut into your desired size pieces once it cools down.
Delicious Cashew Nut Paakam is ready to eat.
