Peanut Laddu (Chikki)

Ingredients: Peanuts ------ 1 cup |
Procedure:
1.Dry fry peanuts and take out the peal and keep aside.
2.Take jaggery in a pan and pour little water until jaggery is immersed in water and get jaggery syrup to one string consistency.
3.Mix peanuts into the jaggery syrup and mix well.
4.Apply little ghee to a plate and place the jaggery-peanut mix into the plate and cut into desired shapes.
5.You can also makes round shape with this.
That's it Chikki is ready.
