Golden Burphi

Ingredients: Besan ---------1 cup |
Procedure:
1.In a pan fry besan for few minutes, until raw smell is gone.
2.Fry grated coconut in little ghee until its raw smell is gone.
3.Fry cashew nuts in ghee to golden brown color.
4.In a bowl take fried besan, coconut, cashew nuts and sugar. Add milk little by little and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
5.If you like more sweetish, you can add ½ cup of sugar more.
6.Add ghee to it and keep stirring until it solidifies.
7.when total ghee is absorbed, add cardamom powder and turn off the flame.
8.Apply ghee to a plate and place this besan mix on plate and settle it evenly.
9.Cut into your desired shapes.
10.Arrange cashew nuts on each piece.
Tasty Golden Burphi is ready.
