Coconut Bobbattu

Ingredients: Fresh grated coconut ------ 2 cups |
Procedure:
1.Mix water in all purpose flour and prepare puri dough. Add one cup oil to it and knead well and leave it for 1 hour.
2.In a bow mix grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, poppy seeds and cashew nuts powder.
3.Almonds powder also can be mixed. (optional)
4.If by any chance coconut mix becomes little gravy, stir it for a while on low flame. It becomes tight.
5.Better to have the tighter coconut mix as possible.
6.Make balls with the coconut mixture.
7.Take small ball from the puri dough and spread it on palm . Keep the coconut mix ball in it and wrap it like a stuffed ball.
8.Place it over a Aluminium foil or banana leaf, spread it like a chapathi.
9.Place it gently on a hot pan and fry both sides.
Coconut Bobbattu is ready to eat.
