Kova Bobbattu

Ingredients: All Purpose Flour ----- 1 cup |
Procedure:
1.In a bowl mix al purpose flour, little salt, little baking soda. Mix little by little water and mix it like puri dough.
2.Add ½ cup of oil to the puri batter and mix well. Leave it for 30 minutes.
3.Make small balls with sweet kova.
4.Make small circles with the puri dough and place sweet kova in the middle. Wrap the sweet kova from all the sides.
5.On a aluminium fold spread the stuffed kova balls into bobbattus and place them gently on hot pan.
6.Fry them on both sides to light golden brown color.
Delicious Kova bobbattu is ready.
