Paanakam/ Jaggery Paanakam / Sugar Paanakam

Ingredients: (for 5 people) Jaggery -----------1 cup |
Procedure:
1.Chop jaggery into fine pieces and soak in 5 cups of cold water.
2.Freshly mash black pepper into fine powder and add to the jaggery water.
3.Add pinch of salt and cardamom powder to jaggery water.
4.Keep the jaggery water in fridge or add ice cubes to the water.
Yummy Yummy Paanakam is ready.
Tip:
1.If you do not have fridge or access to the ice cubes, cover the jaggery water vessel with wet cloth, so that it retains the coldness.
2.All the ingredients in Jaggery paanakam are proven to reduce body heat.
