Fruit Salad

Milk -----------------1 cup |
Procedure:
1.Cut all the fruits (Apple, Pine-apple, Grapes, Pear, Bananas) into small pieces.
2.Boil milk in a vessel.
3.In little milk, mix custard powder and mix into boiled milk.
4.Add sugar and saffron and mix well.
5.Keep stirring to avoid burning of the milk.
6.When the milk thickens, add cardamom power, cashew nuts, almonds and turn off the flame.Now custard is ready.

7.Let the custard milk cool down and mix chopped fruits. Refrigerate the fruit salad and eat when it is cold.
