Cashew Nuts Burphy (Kaaju Burphy/ Kaaju Kathli)

Ingredients:(for 10 pieces) Cashew nuts ---------- 1 cup Sugar ---------------1 cup Milk ----------------1/4 cup Ghee ---------------1/2 cup Cardamm powder---1/2 tsp |
Procedure:.
1.Grind cashew nuts along with milk and make it thick paste.
2.Take plate and apply ½ tsp of ghee to the plate and keep aside.
3.Take sugar in a pan, add water till sugar is immersed. Prepare sugar syrup with on string consistency.
4.Add grounded cashew nuts paste and cardamom powder to the sugary syrup and mix well.
5.Keep adding ghee little by little , so that almond burphy will not get slicked to the pan.
6.Cashew nut paste with sugar syrup will get cooked well and thickens.
7.Transfer to a ghee applied plate and pat well, so that burphy will be uniform in size. Cut into pieces
8.Sprinkle chopped almonds or cashew nuts on the burphy.
Tasty Cashew nut burphy is ready.
