Carrot Halwa

Ingredients: Grated Carrot--- 1 cup |
Procedure
1.In a pan heat ghee and add grated carrot. Fry till the raw smell is gone.
2.Add milk and cook well.
3.Once the carrot is cooked well and soft, add sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
4.Let sugar and carrot cook together and thickens. Turn off the stove.
5.Fry cashew nuts in ghee and mix into halwa.
Delicious Carrot halwa is ready.
