Boondi Laddu

Ingredients:

Oil ------2 cups
Besan ---2 cups
Sugar -----2 cups
Champhor crystals ---- Pinch
Ghee --------3 Tsp
Cashew nuts -----13
Raisins -------13
Cardamom powder--- ½ tsp
Kesar/orange color---1/2 tsp
Boondi making spoon

Procedure:

1.Take sugar in a pan and pour water until the sugar is immersed in water and bring it to boil. Make sugar syrup to three string consistency. (think sugar syrup)
2.Take little milk in a glass and mix red color to it. Add this red color milk to sugar syrup and turn off the flame.
3.Fry  cashew nuts, raisins in little ghee.
4.Mix the fried cashew nuts, raising, cardamom powder  and crystal camphor powder into the sugar syrup.
5.Heat the oil.
6.Mean while,  add water to besan and make little watery kind of paste to prepare boondi.
7.Make boondi with boondi garita and place boondi into the sugar syrup.
8.Boondi should be done as long as it can be immersed in sugar syrup.
9.If boondi in sugar syrup is not wet enough to make balls, you can add very little milk.
10.Then make laddus.

Delicious Kesar Boondi Laddus are ready to eat.

Hint: Crystal camphor is good for eye diseases  and urinary problems.
