Methi Parata

Ingredients: Atta --- 1 glass |
1.Chop methi leaves into as much fine pieces as you can.
2.Grind green chillis,ginger, coriander leaves and soaked green peas
(If you dont like green peas,you can avoid as well)into coarse paste.
3.Take a pan and 2 tsps of oil, put some cumin seeds and grounded paste,
turmaric, hing, garam masala, cuimn powder,coriander powder,sesame seeds
and chopped methi leaves and fry till raw smell is gone.
4.Take Atta and above fried contents. with enough salt mix well.
5.Make small balls out of the dough. Make chapathi from each ball.
6. Thow the parata on a hot pan and apply little oil both sides and fry well.
Hot Hot Methi Parata is ready. You can eat with plain curd or yogurt.
