Gobi Parata (Califlower Parata)

Ingredients: Atta --- 1 glass |
1.Grate califlower finely, with coconut grater and keep it in a bowl.
2.Chop coriander leaves and green chillis into very fine pieces.
3.Make chapathi dough with Atta and enough salt. make small balls with the dough and keep aside.
4.Now, mix grated califlower with chopped coriander leaves and green chiliis.
5. Make small chapathis with chapathi dough, and keep the califlower mix on it and rap it from all sides and make stuffed califlower chapathi balls.
6. Roll those stuffed califlower balls into chapathis, gently.
7. Thow the chpathis on hot pan and with some ghee or oil, fry both the sides.
8. Mix some rech chili powder into yogurt.
9. Eat Califlower parata and yogurt together.
Unbelievable taste, one can not expect in Califlowr parata. Delicious Califlower parata is ready.
You can eat it with raita or plain curd/yougurt.
