Vegetable Idli

Ingredients:

Urad dal--- 2 glass
Idli ravva--- 4 glass
Salt ---  enough
Carrot----  1/2 kg
beans----  1/4 kg
Coriander leaves----  1 bunch

 

Procedure:

1.Soak Urad dal for atleast 2 to 4 hours and 2.grind to smooth paste.
2.Wash idli ravva and mix to the Ural dal paste.
3.In a big bowl, leave the batter for over night so that fement well.
4.Cut carrots, beans and coriander leaves into small pieces and
mix into idli batter.Add enough salt.
5. Put small quaities of batter in idli stand and steam cook in
idli cooker for 15 minutes.

Vegetable Idli is ready. Eat with coconut chutney.
