Coriander Parata

Koriander parata-2Ingredients:

Atta ---1 glass
Coriander---1/2 bunch
Green chillies---3
Ginger---1/4 inch
Salt--- Enough

Procedure:

1.Grind green chilis,ginger, coriander leaves into coarse paste.
2.Take Atta and above grounded coriander paste, with enough salt mix well.
3.Make small balls out of the dough. Make chapathi form each ball.
4. Thow the parata on a hot pan and apply little oil both sides and fry well.

Hot Hot coriander Parata is ready. You can eat with boondi raita or plain curd or yogurt.
