Ada Dosa

Ingredients: Rice ---1 cup |
Procedure:
1.Soak rice, toor dal, channa dal, moong dal, urad dal for atleast 2 hours.
2.Grind all of them along with green chilis, rice flakes, ginger and coriander leaves.
3.Mix salt to the batter.
4.On a hot pan, make circle like dosas.
Hot hot Ada dosas are ready.You can eat with ginger chutney.

Note: No need to ferment this batter out side. You can use immediately after grinding.
Hint: It is very delicious and very healthy . Ada dosa is rich in fiber and protein.
