Watermelon Dosa

Ingredients: Rice ----------------------1 cup |
Procedure:
1.Soak rice for one hour.
2.Grind soaked rice, water melon pieces, fresh coconut into finely.
3.Transfer to another vessel and add salt.
4.The batter will be little waterly.
5.Heat the pan and pour or sprinkle the dosa batter with hand on a hot pan.
6.Pour 1 tsp of oil from the edges.
7.Let the dosa cook and fry for 2 minutes.
8.And slowly turn to other side and let it cook
Crispy Watremelon dosa is ready.
