Rava Dosa

Ingredients: All purpose flour ----1/2 cup |
Procedure:
1.In a vessel, mix rice flour, all purpose flour,soji or semolina, cumin seeds, chopped green chillis, salt, red chili powder and chopped coriander leaves with water.
2.Make the batter little watery.

3.On a hot pan sprinkle the batter with hand or spoon, and make sure the batter is uniformly spread.
4.Pour ½ tsp of oil from the edges.
5.Let the dosa cook and fry well til you notice little brown edges.
6.If you feel, uncooked, thick batter is here and there, scrape that off with spoon gently.
7.Take out dosa into a plate and enjoy.
Crispy Rava dosa is ready.
