Onion Rava Dosa

Ingredients: All purpose flour ----1/2 cup |
Procedure:
1.In a vessel, mix rice flour, all purpose flour,soji or semolina, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder and chopped coriander leaves with water.(4 or cups of water)
2.Make the batter little watery.

3.Chop onions into fine pieces and fry in a pan with little oil until they are semi soft.
4.Chop green chillies and coriander leaves into fine pieces.
5.On a hot pan sprinkle the batter with hand or spoon, and make sure the batter is uniformly spread.
6.Pour ½ tsp of oil from the edges.
7.Let the dosa cook and fry well til you notice little brown edges.
8.If you feel, uncooked, thick batter is here and there, scrape that off with spoon gently.
9.Place semi cooked onion, chopped coriander leaves and chilis on dosa and fold the dosa.

10.Take out dosa into a plate and enjoy.
Crispy Onion Rava dosa is ready.
