Rava Masala Dosa

Ingredients: All purpose flour ----1/2 cup |
Procedure:
Potato curry preparation:
1.Boil potato and take out the peal.
2.Chop onions into lengthy pieces.
3.Chop chillies, ginger and curry leaves into fine pieces.
4.Take a pan with 2 tsp of oil and prepare seasoning with all seasoning items.
5.When the mustard seeds splatters, add chopped onion, green chilli and ginger pieces.
6.Add little salt to cook them fast.
7.Once the onion gets softer to cut, add boiled potato pieces and salt. And mash well.
8.Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Procedure: Rava Masala dosa
1.In a vessel, mix rice flour, all purpose flour,soji or semolina, cumin seeds, chopped green chilis, salt, red chili powder and chopped coriander leaves with water.
2.Make the batter little watery.

3.On a hot pan sprinkle the batter with hand or spoon, and make sure the batter is uniformly spread.
4.Pour ½ tsp of oil from the edges.
5.Let the dosa cook and fry well til you notice little brown edges.
6.If you feel, uncooked, thick batter is here and there, scrape that off with spoon gently.
7.Place potato curry in the center of dosa and fold the dosa.
8.Take out dosa into a plate and enjoy.
Crispy Rava masala dosa is ready.
