Moong Dal Peas Carrot Dosa (Pesarattu)

Ingredients: Green Moong dal ------ 2 cups |
Procedure:
1.Soak green moong dal and rice together for atleast 4 hours.
2.Chop ginger and green chillis .
3.Grind soaked moong dal, rice, peas,,grates carrot ,ginger and green chilis with little water to dosa batter consistency.
4.Mix cumin seeds,salt into the grounded paste.
5.On a hot pan, make dosas, pour ½ tsp of oil from the edges and roast well.
Moongdal peas-carrot dosa is ready. Eat with ginger chutney.
