Moong Dal Carrot Dosa (Pesarattu)

Ingredients: Green Moong dal ------ 2 cups |
Procedure:
1.Soak green moong dal and rice together for atleast 4 hours.
2.Chop ginger and green chillis .
3.Grind soaked moong dal, rice,ginger and green chilis with little water to dosa batter consistency.
4.Mix salt, cumin seeds,grated carrot into the grounded paste.
5.On a hot pan, make dosas and roast well.
6.You can put raw onions, cumin seeds,finely chopped ginger, green chilis on the dosa and fold it.(Optional)

Carrot-Pesarattu /Carrot- Moongdal dosa is ready. Eat with ginger chutney.
TIP: If you like pesarattu very crispy, add ½ cup more rice, while soaking.
