Rice Flour Roti

Ingredients:( for 5 Rotis) Rice flour ----- 2 cups . |
Procedure:
1.Chop onions, green chillis, ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves into small pieces.
2.In a vessel, mix rice flour, asafetida, cumin seeds, chopped onions, green chillis, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt.
3.Add little by little water into the mixture and prepare batter tightly.
4.Take a pan, apply oil to the pan. Take little rice flour batter and pat like a circular roti. Then, keep it on flame.

5.Put little oil on the roti and cover with lid.
6.Let the rot get cooked. And reverse the roti on pan and let both sides of roti get cooked.Turn off the flame and transfer to a plate.
Rice flour roti is ready.Eat with Podi chutney/Peanut powder.

Note: 1.If desired, you can add garlic and coconut powder to the mixture, while making the batter.
2. Rice flour roti is make on a cold pan and keep it on flame. DO NOT TRY TO PAT on hot pan.
