Urad Roti

Rice rava ----2 cups |
Procedure:
1. Soak urad dal and rice separately in different vessels for 2 hours.
2. Grind urad dal with little water.
3. Add soaked rice rava to grounded urad batter. While adding the rava, squeeze out the remaining water.
4. leave the batter for 5 to 6 hours for fermentation.
5. When batter ferments, add salt to the batter.
6. Heat 4 to 5 tsp of oil in a thick pan, add 3 to 4 spoons of batter and cover with lid.
7. When the urad roti is cooked, gently turn to other side to let it cook and roast to light brown color.
Tasty and healthy urad roti is ready. Eat with idli chutney.
