Batura

All Purpose flour --- 2 cups |
Procedure:
In a bowl, take all purpose flour, baking soda, soji, sugar, salt and mix well with curd.
Add either milk or water and prepare batter to Puri batter consitency.
Add 3 to 4 tsp of oil to batter and mix well. Cover the batter and leave it aside for 3 to 4 hours.
Roll or Press batura batter into Puris, evenly and deep fry in hot oil carefully.
If batura is not pressed evenly, it doesn’t bulge while frying. So, press evenly.
Hot baturas are ready. Eat along with Chole / Channa masala and enjoy.
