Procedure:
1.Grate mango and keep aside.

2.Grind green chilli and coriander leaves to paste and keep aside.

3.Take atta in a bowl.

4.Add grated mango and green chili paste.

5Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Asafoetida, salt, sesame seeds.

6.Add turmeric powder.

7.Add little water and prepare dough for paratas..

8.Prepare small balls out of it..

9.Prepare circular chapathis and keep ready.

10.Fry the paratas on both sides on a hot pan.

Delicious mango paratas are ready. Eat along with curd and enjoy.
