Moorkali/Curd Upma

Rice flour ---- 1 cup
|
Procedure:
1.Mix rice flour, salt in a bowl and add little water and prepare tight dough.
2.Add curd and mix well. Make it to dosa batter consistency.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds splatters, add chopped green chillis.
4.Add Prepared curd-rice flour mix into the oil and mix well.
5.Add curry leaves and mix well.
6.Cover with lid and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes in medium flame.
7.Mix well to avoid lumps.
Delicious Moorkali / Curd upma is ready. Eat with some pickle.
