Peanut Coconut Chutney

Procedure:
1.Dry roast the peanuts and take out the peal.
2.In a blunder jar or mix jar take roasted peanuts, fresh coconut pieces green chillies , garlic pods, salt and tamarind pulp. Blend to a course powder.
3.Add water to the mixture and grind to fine past.
4.Transfer into another bowl.
5.Prepare seasoning. (In hot oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and hing)
6.Add seasoning to chutney.
Spicy – Yummy peanut-coconut chutney is ready.
