Ingredients:

Urad dal  --1 Tsp
Channa dal  ---1 "
Red chillis --10 Pieces
Methi seeds   --1/2 Tsp
Dry coconut powder--1Tsp
Coriander seeds--1/2 Tsp
Tamarind  --Amla size
Salt  --enough

 

Procedure:

1.Above all the ingredients except salt, fry with little oil.   {mosimage}
2.Grind those into fine powder.
3.Take 1 Tsp of oil and heat it. Season it with Mustard seeds and hing.
4.Mix the powder witht he seasoning and salt.
5.If you like the powder little sweetish, you can add small piece of Jagiry while grinding.
Podi chatni is ready to eat. It will be good with hot rice and ghee/oil or Idlis, Dosas. Enjoy.
