Puri

Ingredients: Atta ---------------- 3 cups

Procedure:
1. Take atta and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add water little by little mixing the atta flour well until all the atta is mixed and gets to puri dough consistency.
3. Prepare small balls with the dough and roll them into thinner circles.
4. Take oil in a pan and heat it.
5. Once the oil is heated well, in medium flame, immerse one puri at a time and fry to golden color both sides.
Hot hot puris are ready to eat.
Hint: Adding 1 table spoon or Oil or curd into the dough, while preparing dough puri dough, also gives good softness to the puris.
