Methi Puri

Ingredients:

Atta --- 1 glass
Methi leaves --- 1/2 bunch
Green chillis --- 3
Ginger --- 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds --- 1/4 tsp
Turmaric --- Pinch
Salt --- enough
Asafoetida(hing) --- Pinch
Oil --- 2 tsp

Procedure:

1.Chop methi leaves as small pieces as you can.
2.Grind ginger, green chillis and cumin seeds into fine paste.
3.In a bowl, take atta, 2tsp of oil and chopped methi leaves, Asafoetida, turmaric, grounded chilli-ginger paste and mix well.
4.With water mix the dough well and prepare puri-dough.
5.Make small balls with the dough and make puris.
6.In a pan, take  oil  and heat it. Fry one puri at a time and prepare methi puris. 

Tip:  Methi leaves reduced body heat. It helps in reducing body pain, swollen legs and hands.
You can apply grounded.
