Bottle Gourd Puri (Loki Puri)

Ingredients: |
1.Take out the peal for bottle gourd and grate finely with coconut grater.
2.Chop green chillis into very fine pieces.
3. In a bowl take grated bottle guard,chopped chillis, salt and mix with enough atta until it comes out like a proper puri dough.. DO NOT MIX ANY WATER.
The moisture in bottle guard is enough to prepare for puri dough.
4.Make puri with dough and deep fry in hot oil.
Hot hot Loki puris are ready to eat. Eat with bundi raita. (Put some bundi in curd and little salt).
