Alu Puri (Potato Puri)

Ingredients: Potatos --- 3 big |
1. Boil potatos, take out peal.Mash the potatos and keep it in a bowl.
2.Chop green chilis and mix into potatos.
3. Mix salt, turmaric and garam masala to the mashed potatos and keep it ready. Make small balls.
4.Prepare puri dough with atta,salt and water, put little less salt than enough, because we alredy put little salt in potato mash as well.
5. Now, make small puris and put potato ball and rap it from all sides.
6 Press the potato puri balls into puris and deep fry in hot oil.
Potato purs are ready to eat. Eat those with raita and enjoy.
