Rava Idli

Rava Idli-5Ingredients:

Soji----  1 cup
Sour curd ---1/4 cup
Ghee --- 1 Tsp
Green chilis--- 2
Curry leaves ---few
Coriander leaves---1/4 bunch
Salt --- 1/2 Tsp
Carrots --- 2 small
baking soda ----pinch

Seasoning:
Urad dal 1/4 tsp
Channa dal 1/4 tsp
Mustad seeds 1/4 tsp
Cashewnuts 10                                                                                                                         

Procedure:

1. Fry soji with little ghee, until it looses raw smell.
2. Mix soar curd or yogurt to the fried soji and let it soak for 1/2 hour.
3. In a pan, take oil  and when oil heats up, add all the seasoning items and prepare sesoning and add it to Soaking soji batter.
4.Add grated carrots,chopped green chilis and coriander leaves to the batter.
5.Add salt and baking soda to the batter.
6.Take idli stand and apply little oil or ghee to every plate and put small idlis. and cook those in idli cooker for 15 minutes.
